• All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of full or partial payment, as applicable
• Prices may change due to availability, taxes, fuel surcharges, or supplier policy changes
• Payments must be made through authorized payment methods only
• Failure to complete payment within the stipulated time may result in automatic cancellation

• Cancellation policies vary depending on the service booked (hotel, transport, tour, etc.)
• Refunds are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective service providers
• Processing fees, convenience charges, or payment gateway charges are non-refundable
• Eligible refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe

• Any request for changes to confirmed bookings may attract additional charges
• Changes are subject to availability and approval by service providers
• We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to operational, safety, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

Travel involves inherent risks. Guru Gauranga Tours & Travels acts solely as a facilitator between customers and service providers.

We shall not be liable for:

• Delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by airlines, hotels, or transport providers
• Natural disasters, weather conditions, political unrest, strikes, or force majeure events
• Loss of baggage, personal belongings, or documents
• Injury, illness, accident, or death occurring during travel

Customers are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance.

Some services offered through Guru Gauranga Tours & Travels are provided by independent third parties. Their respective terms and conditions will apply in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or defaults of such third parties.
